I like a trucking company that has options! I was OTR for a while, then they asked if I wanted to do local. Both were very easy, efficient and reasonable!

Cons

Insurance....not the greatest. Single decent...family uhh not so much.

nontraditional work hours if that was something you were interested in. allowed the opportunity to job shadow before hiring.

Cons

limited opportunities for growth within this specific role unless you switched to another role (i.e broker, salesman, etc) health insurance costs were very high even with a $4000ish deductible. often have to work holidays
