      A few of your coworkers are good. Great schedule

      Cons

      Fleet manager in Salt Lake has no experience in the trucking industry. There is nothing done to employees who damage the trucks. The truck are dirty and in bad shape. Truck maintenance is low priority. Pay is not competitive for the area.

      Pros

      Over the past few years there was a noticeable emphasis on retaining good talent. Family feel even though it is a larger company. Management also does a good job of listening to feedback provided to take steps to improve the department.

      Cons

      Some people are in positions because they are married or related to someone important within the company. Some of these people have more than earned the position they are in and are assets to the company, those that did not could make your job very difficult.
