Pros

Cowan is a company you can go as far as you want with as long as you come to work ready to work. People are compensated and promoted based on results so everyone has a fair shot.

Cons

It is trucking and it is not easy so if you are just looking for a paycheck this is not the place you want to go.

Pros

Casual dress code, weekly pay, decent starting pay rate, the company treats employees to occasional lunches, soft pretzels, muffins and donuts, clean and modern office, good training for drivers. Company values their drivers which is the heart and soul of the company

Cons

Tense work environment, if you do get a raise it is so low it is an insult, management values friends rather than other great employees, no bonus or reward recognition program, parking lot, no food in area and only 30 minute lunches, poor training program , learn on the go and expected to know everything too quickly, no incentives
