With 24 years of driving experience, i'm sure that you know the importance of having a good Fleet Manager. Our relationship with our drivers is very important to us, and our operations staff work hard to give them needed support and guidance to do their jobs. Regarding your comment about management, while we work hard to provide great service, we are not perfect and can always get better. That is one of the things that makes Cowan a great company. When we recognize talent, we try to encourage it.
