Regarding your other comments, we take issues like these very seriously if brought to our attention. Our highest priority is open communication and professional treatment of all employees, whether entry-level, professional or management staff and we encourage employees to communicate any and all concerns with management so they can be discussed and appropriately addressed. We also use tools such as Employee Engagement Surveys, open door policies and an expanded HR department to promote an open dialogue between our employees and management. We proudly give all company employees direct access to our company President and Executive Staff to communicate any comments, concerns, or just have an open conversation. An open flow of communication and employee support is an important part of what has inspired our growth.
