      Pros

      Really liked working with the day to day folks, learning about the industry and building some meaningful relationships. Work environment and the building are nice.

      Cons

      Immediate or extended family taking over positions. No one listens - family getting into roles they know nothing about! HR department is unprofessional. Pay is low for a sales person, low commissions, no advancement. Recruiting misled me.
