      Pros

      Working side by side with some of the hardest working people I have ever met allows you to see the passion they have for what they do. They truly care about each and every drivers wants and needs – going above and beyond to make sure you don’t fall short of your goal. One of the greatest parts about this company is their unity. The staff is filled with team players who provide endless support! Since I have started with the Lease Purchase division we have grown just about 50%, going from 110 drivers to 160 in only a short time. It is an expanding company with amazing opportunity!

      Pros

      The money is there if you want to hustle and work for it. They don't mirco manage the drivers. They treat you like an adult and just expect you to work like an adult.

      New Equipment, solid Customer base, Good management support. Reliable employment without unnecessary micromanagement. Good truck maintenance

      Cons

      The benefit packages are on par with the rest of the industry but they are expensive and lacking in choices.
