My supervisor includes us in decision making and really takes the time to ask our opinions on topics before implementing new procedures. I feel like part of a team rather than just another cog in the machine. I would recommend Cowan to anyone looking for a long term career.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say about the company. They have been great to me so far and the knowledge I have gathered in my 2 years there is priceless
