Pros

Pay is decent for area

Cons

Management was unsupportive. Goals increase the same amount for new hires as they did for the season employees. Call volume were the only think that was tracked. So employee were punished for having long conversations with customers. Mandatory over time, often required to work long hours (10 hour days). Management often tried to motivate with fear.

Pros

Good equipment predictable places to go. They will try and keep you busy. Decent mileage pay at .44 a mile.

Cons

Lots of unpaid down time and the little "paid by the mile not the hour" things. Your responsible for last two rows of pop....so if they go down your picking them up....for FREE! Not to bad unless you don't catch a loader messin' up.
