      Good training, supportive co-workers and on site management

      Cons

      Lowest Compensation in the industry, no formal policies, unresponsive upper management, disappointing lack of support, value or respect for the employees. The local reputation is to go get trained in the industry at Manheim and then move onto somewhere else with a better culture and better pay.

      Flexible time off you can actually use Decision autonomy - not micromanaged (heavily dependent on manager)

      Organizational chaos - org changes every year. Feels like spinning the wheel of what's next. Leadership often looking up above them, not down at the people actually getting things done

      Nothing good to say. Poor leadership that cost them 400k in just a month

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, poor leadership and very discriminatory for all classes. They think this is funny too which is horrible. It’s a horrible place to work and they don’t care about the company or deadlines! It took them 3 months to get an NDA out which takes 15 minutes.
