      Favoritism ruins the experience

      Pros

      Interesting work, great mission supporting EV batteries. Potential to be an awesome company and one of few PCB design opportunities in Oklahoma City.

      Cons

      The electrical team specifically mixes personal dynamics way too closely with work. This results in favoritism towards personal friends and the romantic partner of the team manager. There is a lot of talking behind other employees' backs, meetings are treated as exclusive affairs instead of keeping the whole team in the loop, and there is a lot of hostility if you end up in the "out group." It's a shame because this company has the potential to offer awesome opportunities for engineers, but the dynamics tend towards being immature far more than professional.
