      Great Company to work for but no loyalty to employees

      Pros

      Very employee oriented. Great medical benefits and even a very generous yearly benefit. A great company that gives back so much to the community and is very aware of DEI and their carbon footprint.

      Cons

      No Loyalty to employees. Was told that a very high up leadership person said the company did not have enough attrition and too many people had been working there too long and were making too much money and they could get college grads to do the same jobs for a much cheaper. A lot of layoffs in the past 2 years and the majority of those were lost to offshoring.
