      As an exiting employee who has given this company more than the benefit of the doubt before, I am sorry to say that the sort of issues the other reviewers have mentioned are systematic of the culture of the organisation. Targets are constantly being set and then moved halfway through the quarter, rendering them completely unachievable. Being forced to adopt a one size fits all strategy from the parent company has resulted in people not being allowed to use their skillset, and a gradual downgrading of roles means that talented employees have been forced to move away from the organisation
