      Pros

      Diverse group of people to work with. Number of new job opportunities at company property. Supportive supervisors that encourage movement within company.

      Cons

      Low morale when employees see consistent abuses by jump truck drivers, mainly one, with no doing his job to support other employees. And management is informed and nothing is done about it.

      No communication, all about politics, HR staff is all about the executives and not about directors and below. They have inexperienced Senior Executive Assistants that enjoy bossing other admins and are rude because of their "title"

      Cons

      It takes too much to get rid of bad employees. Reorgs and cost cutting driven by the finance department who have very little understanding of the true effects of their cost cutting measures. I.e., laying off an IT support team you need, realizing it 3 months later, then trying to replace the group 3 months later.
