      Pros

      Casual dress code, great location, collaborative environment, room for growth, currently undergoing rapid expansion, AMAZING benefits from Cox Auto

      Cons

      Compensation could be updated, definitely not the highest paying but the benefits make up for it a little. I don't know of any other company that offers a pension and a 401K

      Pros

      Great benefits, parent company is a great place to work. The Auto-Trader portion of Cox Automotive is well run, with strong managers, like most of Cox Enterprises.

      Cons

      The Manheim portion of Cox Automotive is the red-headed step child of Cox Enterprises. Mainly a good old boy society. With a few exceptions, mid-level to executive management watches out for themselves, while abusing the workers.

      Pros

      Good work hours, RAT has their hands in a lot of pots, you can quite learn a bit about the auto transportation industry.

      Cons

      At first it seems to be a supportive environment, and that couldn't be further from the truth. They couldn't care less about the employees or the carriers contacted out to "ship more cars".
