      Terrible pay, and what's worse is that they lie to you and say it'll get better soon There is no CEO to review because no one is in place right now Every senior manager says an issue is out of their control, or they can't do anything about. There is no one making decisions at all Obviuos favoritism

      The company offers good benefits and lots of in-house training. The cutting-edge technologies are used and innovation is supported. Also the work and life balance is great.

      This a fairly new organization as part of the COX enterprise companies and as they are getting bigger there is more office politics and corporate bureaucracies. Also the meetings are more and more....
