Motors.co.uk changes the way they work every two months they offer to pay bonus but quickly take it away when They need to hit their numbers even though you may have hit for that mouth! Motors.co.uk need to do more to support internal progression.

Where to start, company only cares about bringing on board new dealers, the rates are a joke and change every week depending on how far behind we are towards budget. No support at all from management. Most dealers complain that it doesn't work, internal data issues mean constantly giving away for free. They just seem paranoid about AutoTrader all the time, very unprofessional. No training, was told by the MD if dealers cancel move onto the next- there's plenty of fish in the sea! everyone demotivated and looking to leave. We seem to promise the earth to customers, then when they have problems we're told to avoid their calls, I've lost credibility enormously due to the colossal incompetence of senior sales directors who have no idea about customers, what a joke
