Pros

Great co-workers, team atmosphere, benefits. Lots to potentially learn.

Cons

Want employees to constantly innovate, but with products that don't always meet client expectations based on how sold/promised can make it hard to find a great performance story. Lots of restructuring, job consolidations, and layoffs leaving you constantly wondering whether you should leave for another opportunity.

The worst communication skills possible. Changing rules/policies every other day. It's the techs fault if no work is available.
