Great Company and people throughout

Cons

Low pay, gas lighting for promotions, Company model changes based on economy (i.e. Company required all employees to get vaccinated and then removed this as a requirement less than a year later)

Flex PTO, Nice people, non-toxic environment

Cons

You have people that have been working at this company for 5 years that do not know how to answer a somewhat simple question that they should know. Most people don’t know what the process is on how to do something and they certainly don’t know how to explain things because most of how they do things doesn’t make any sense. The way tasks and responsibilities are delegated also make no sense, and you can only do so much before you’re stepping over someone else’s responsibilities because duties are way too segregated.
