Cons

Micro-managed environment, reactive versus proactive strategies, compensation/salary/commission, upper leadership does not engage on a regular basis past a certain title

Ingeral lots of good people to work with

Cons

Management/leadership is beyond out of touch. Only thing that matters is selling cloud solutions, but you aren't give customers that have a need/ability to implement these solutions. I cant sell cloud to nail salons... Changing comp plan that charges you for disconnects/down grades
