Pros

Great company values, really supports employees and community. They also have great employee benefits and a pension. Good work and life balance.

Cons

There is a lot of transformation in the company right now. Upper management keeps information pretty close to the cuff, so it's hard to anticipate what will change. However, I don't feel like the company would drop down hard news on you without plenty of warning.

Great benefits for family units. The company develops tools and constantly trains to equip employees with the resources needed to do the job adequately. Wide array of schedules to meet most lifestyle needs.

Cons

tied to desk, rigid schedule that changed twice a year, hard to control quality metrics, considerable flux.

If you live in the Cox zone you get employing pricing on all of their services. Nice office, good location, good coworkers.

Cons

Over promised and under delivered in the hiring process, no training, very negative unhealthy working environment.
