      Great co-workers and decent benefits.

      Cons

      Horrible management. Most managers have been around for 20 years and are out of touch with today's market. They just go through the motions and create busy work which affects our commission. Plus it's the cable industry, Cox has a horrible reputation which makes the job that much harder

      Pay is Okay but not industry standard if you are already in the company, raises are hard to come by, especially in the Care department.
