Pros

Great benefits are offered. Lots of perks depending on what department you are in. Company tries hard to give employees a sense of pride. Work is challenging and interesting.

Cons

Bad managers are protected and they will get rid of good staff before they are recognized as the problem. Pay is good but if you are there too long, you may be costing them too much to keep.

Pros

They supplied good benefits. They're excellent in training their employees. Their resources were outstanding. They have a good understanding of their markets.

Cons

Extremely micromanaged. It was unfortunate that the majority of your time was spent on doing repeat reports in different formats for different managers who themselves couldn't clearly explain what they did. Very little respect for clients
