Pros

Equal opportunity hub call centers hire regardless of age, school, or academic background. Even if you didn't finish college, or if you are already in your late 50s, call centers or BPOs, in general, will hire you given that you pass the entire application process.

Cons

Higher stress levels call center jobs are usually in the customer service department, which means you'd be dealing with many disappointed or worse, angry callers. You'd need more patience to be able to effectively deal with these types of calls. While BPO seats in Manila are highly desirable, they come with a considerable level of stress.
