Pros

Good job, with good benefits. Promotion opportunities in the past were plentiful but due to uncontrollable circumstances, they are gone. The upper management seem to be concerned with their people and their needs.

Cons

Due to current economy, opportunities for advancement are now gone. Supervision (not upper management) are more concerned with themselves than their people. The company has gotten away from realizing that some employees are better at their job than others and should be recognized for that. They don't want to hurt other employees feelings so everyone is considered to be equal no matter how many years experience they may have.

Pros

Benefits are good and the people want to succeed.

Cons

High stress, Sr. management not on the same page. Too many initiatives with little focus on what really counts. Good people keep getting let go and we don't know why. Cox AZ has so much to be proud of and I think we are misled from the Sr. Team.
