Leadership walks the walk - they demonstrate the behaviors that are expected of everyone. The company does a good job of not hiring jerks and weeding out those who don't treat people well. Most managers are extremely supportive and caring. The company encourages individuals to grow a career within the broader organization and you are given opportunities to try new things, to move between jobs and entities. Benefits are excellent, and salaries are fair.

Cons

Collegiality-heavy culture. There are a LOT of meetings and everyone seems to need to be involved in all of them.

Misleading on pay Almost as if you have to be dishonest to make anything above base salary. You could be dying and they’ll tell you to get better, but that you’ll also get an “occurrence” which is basically a mark against your attendance. Don’t work here unless you’re single, perfect health, all your family is dead already, or if you have kids or a life.
