Pros

Get to see something new all the time, and get to learn a lot about telecommunications networks, and how the different companies work together.

Cons

Micro-management of everything right down to what projects you can install on certain days of the week. Management will not protect the employees and will throw them under the bus if needed.

Pros

Lots of free food, free gift giveaway, laid back call center, can watch TV listen to music and eat while you work. Decent amount of PTO. Good benefits. Work from home

Cons

Shift bids every 4 months, lack of support from supervisors, hard to make commission, having to sell cell phone service, getting sales stolen from other sales reps. Mandatory overtime. Can be very stressful some days and can take a toll on mental health and work/life balance
