Pros

At the time was great pay and very good benefits. Learned a lot of networking. A lot of overtime opportunity.

Cons

constant changes in job role, upper management seemed to not understand whats best for employees and clients. Too many consolidations that made work worse for techs due to lack of training and worse experience for the clients. And the sad part is that probably made management show off some kind of "cost savings" get promoted and leave a dumpster fire behind. Very disappointing but seems to be a trend in the entire tech industry.

Great time off benefit, tuition reimbursement, and a chance to contribute to a healthy retirement plan.

Cons

No/Low opportunity for advancement. If you don’t live in Atlanta, or not willing to relocate, you won’t have opportunities to grow.
