Very welcoming, Unbeatable benefits, Amazing leadership and very thorough training. & Having 3 days off in a week period makes having a life outside of work very possible.

Cons

None. Leadership and fellow employees are very easy to get ahold of. If you find yourself still stumped after getting advice over the phone you can ask for a tech assist and another tech will come and give you guidance and assistance throughout your job.

PTO, Work-Life balance, and the pay isn't bad

Cons

Some departments wait until the last minute to inform you that they need something, and then they expect you to perform magic to get it to them.
