      Absolutely terrible place to work

      Cons

      Manager their is all about getting attention. If you do not flirt with her or show any interest in her or if she feels threatened by your work experience then just forget about it. You will be fired because she has everyone fooled. She' will act like she's your best friend then say the opposite behind your back. I think that store was a joke and from top to bottom was just cliques. She likes boys she can control specificly boys who are always saying yes to her.

      Benefits Almost Fee Cable and Internet

      The stress of the job is unmanageable at times, they do give you mental health therapy LOL. Sales is a revolving door, the quotas are changing constantly, so if you meet it, next quarter they raise it. If you call a customer to try and sell them a service but the ask to remove a service YOU have to take the $$ out of YOUR paycheck NOT COX! This is how they stay profitable. Management has unlimited PTO, you do not, you have to clock in and out all day long, but your managers are never in to help you.

      The benefits are amazing, pay is average to above average.

      Cons

      No structure within the departments. There are several VPs in the technology department and they all run their projects completely different from each other. Upper management will request a ton of ad hoc work that will take up your entire week and nothing will ever come of that work. Company is bleeding customers in all but 1 industry segment with no plan in sight.
