Pros

Great benefits, good people, good investments-the company isnt going anywhere

Cons

So much change that process issues are constant. if you dont like constant change and cant keep up with that- dont do it. Private company-excellent benefits but their competitors base is higher

Pros

Lots of in-house training, great benefit options for med/dental/vision as well as TV/Data/Phone/Automation services. Culture is great and inclusive, management and peers all working together for the benefit of our customers.

Cons

Sometimes data analytics supersede common sense.
