Never met a rude person at Cox in 5 years. Everybody is competent at their job. Managers don't bother you, so long as you do your job.

Traffic is a nightmare around perimeter building

Cox is a family owned company and really treats the employees as part of the family. I personally feel empowered in my job role. Great leadership and support from senior management. Fun place to work!!!

Cons

Pay could have been little higher with little more frequent promotions.
