Pros

Very employee and customer oriented. Open to new ideas. Encourages and enables a work/life balance. Great compensation. Innovative. Allows remote work. I come in the office about 4-5 times a year. I could come more if I wanted to.

Cons

I can't think of any downside. I have not encountered one in the 5 years, I have worked here.
