Good resources for training someone new to the field. Very supportive of there techs. They strive for safety as well.

Cons

Outdated portals and coding systems. Do not display rules or procedures for jobs in an acceptable manner. Making it hard to find info you need for specialized work.

This is a place where you can have a great income as well as work life balance. I love the people who I work with, and find the compensation more than other places.

Cons

Hard to get upward mobility and may be more difficult than jumping to other companies.
