Pros

Competitive pay, decent training, good 401k, cafeteria

Cons

No work life balance. You cant be late or take days off or your occurrence will increase. More occurrences =bad. If you have young kids forget it you will never have enough sick time

Pros

I worked there for more than 10 years, and am glad I worked there. Great benefits. In general, the company hired good people, and I made many friends in my time working there. I earned enough to buy my own home on a single income.

Cons

Long term growth options (internet - good; phone and cable, not). Frequent reorganizations
