Base salary, benefits, 401k and company discounts

Cons

undergone changes to make it better but it was not good. The constant changes to monthly quota that increased when several of us could attain the given, commission restructuring made it hard to calculate commission, lack of accounts that fit their cloud criteria made it impossible to create leads, the pricing that customers have are not streamlined and extremely high. Do not care about their customers and it’s at the expense of the employees in Account Executive and Account Manager positions
