      Leadership in this division is excellent, Lots of opportunity for growth within the company

      Cons

      Although it’s still a family business, there is still typical corporate red tape. Bottom line is still number one priority so lots of layoffs depending on the state of the business.

      Autonomy, not having to find customers. Easy Po and parts system.

      Cons

      Basically your running the truck, doing the billing, being customer facing have no support from your manager get passive aggressive emails from your biller that can easily fixed on their end but refuse to do it. And get a service truck that has zero spec or tool storage to the heavy truck repair field.
