Established and growing company that provides ample opportunities for personal growth and career advancement!! The atmosphere around the office is extremely friendly and encourages teamwork. We have become very involved in local community outreach programs/fundraisers that inspires everyone to get involved in supporting their local communities.

Cons

It would be nice to have an option to purchase extra vacation days as part of our benefit package

Pros

You are usually working independently so no boss breathing down your neck is great. Everyone is always helpful. Salary is decent for the job that you are doing here and they will usually negotiate which is quite nice. Very low stress job and they will let you solve problems however you want.

Cons

Although the salary is decent starting out. Benefits lag, no 401k match, not many paid days off, health insurance is also below average.
