Pros

Flexible schedule was a big plus. Great coworkers, and my team leader is fantastic to work with.

Cons

Management doesn't communicate much unless it's to tell us to hustle more to meet metrics. Pay is pretty low, but you are eligible to receive quarterly bonuses if you meet certain criteria.
