Getting to see the progress all the kiddos make and the company overall is very supportive and understanding of its employees lives and situations.

Working alone, not getting to see coworkers as much.

Pros

Higher pay than other ABA companies. Coworkers and supervisors are helpful and friendly. More effective ABA therapy for children so I've seen faster growth. Supervisors are easily accessible and happy to answer questions.

Cons

No center-based therapy sessions so you don't meet other coworkers as often. More driving than previous company I worked for but they compensate for mileage.
