      Nice place to work but a lot of favoritism

      Pros

      As a company they are great. The home office looks out for their employees.

      Cons

      Depending on the store there is favoritism. The best person for the job doesn’t get promoted even though they are the best qualified. Even if you do everything by the book managers don’t care

      Flexible scheduling, meeting new people. It was an easy way to make money while I was in college.

      Cons

      Poor management and no consistency. Sometimes all managers weren't all on the same page.
