      -management does tend to treat employees as actual people and won't allow for people to be mistreated -the work is very easy and not very stressful -the work is not complicated and very straightforward

      Cons

      -while management does protect employees from customers, anyone who isn't fully neurotypical is often met with passive aggressive behavior and being treated as if they don't do their job correctly -customers often stay past close, sometimes for over an hour, so even if your work is complete, you have to wait on people -communication is poor -hours are cut often and favored employees get more hours -people quit pretty frequently, so hours are inconsistent -policies will change and they will not inform employees
