Pros

Expectations clearly stated. If you drink the Kool-aid (which is ) free flowing at Lebanon you can go far - BUT...

Cons

...Some upper MGT and trainers tend to be a bit imperious, clearly having forgotten the difference between real world operations and Crackerbarrel 'Disney' in Tenn.

Pros

If your willing to dedicate your 100% you will do fine. Managers do have elegibility for promotion. Good training programs.

Cons

Not a lot of respect from upper level management at store level. If your not willing to dedicate your every thing you wont last long, High management turn over at store level and even DM level.

Pros

Great ideas and company values. Company places lots of respect on employees.

Cons

Middle management like District Managers and General Managers not very caring. Benefits not very good, as fast food offers more. Cracker Barrel becomes your life, and you are suppose to put work before family. DM's continually says be thankful you have a job, as they really don't care about much but the fact they employ you so you should be thankful for that.
