      Good to do while in school or if you aren't looking for a career.

      Good benifits. Positive atmosphere. Good food. Good start pay for a restaurant/retail.

      Cons

      Your average worker could work for the company for 10 YEARS and get a manager that trained for a couple monthes who would think they know more about the company. They literately expect you to be a salesperson (with no commission) and sell pure junk to people who don't need it. Your sales are calculated and you are disiplined each time sales are down... even if you have the 5:45am shift! Not understanding of emergencies. It is almost impossible to attain a third star (even if you have been there for years and your sales are good) because they would rather keep your pay low.

      Work experience varies a lot depending on personal. Promotion to management does not happen.

      Pros

      Plenty of work available, usually hiring. Our scheduler very helpful if given proper notification. Servers have lots of opportunities for tips if they do a good job. If you do a good job you know you will get some sort of raise at each new par level.

      Cons

      Managers are hired from somewhere else (95% of time) so no promotion opportunities, this mean experienced employees know how to do their job better than supervisors sometimes. Management level and above do not follow all procedures and health codes. Beginning pay can be low for as busy as we are. Sometimes not enough workers are scheduled for shifts.
