      I enjoy working at Crafco, Inc. engineering, designing, and testing new products, while supporting existing products.

      Cons

      There are not many cons. None that I can think of. I've worked for a lot of different companies and this one is pretty good.

      Stable company. Nice vacation time and holiday time off. Close to home.

      Cons

      MANAGEMENT runs the department like a pre-school. Displays favoritism creates drama is unprofessional and has no tact. Dumps more work on the actual working employees. Creates a low moral work environment. There is no Team here.
