Pros
Getting paid. Easy work if you don't want to actually think, since leadership will tell you what to do and how to do it.
Cons
Extreme micro-management by management, who wouldn't know the meaning of talent if it fell from the sky and landed in their overly padded laps. Difficult to engage with certain directors when their hygiene was so lacking it was clear through video, not to mention the gross skin picking that took place. Benefits were what you would expect the least to receive. Business outlook is poor because revenue is based on subscriptions and Crain's publication portfolio can't compete with real journalism. The more they raise subscription rates, the more subscribers they lose. Very few employees are actually invested in the company's success.
