Disconnect between leadership and management, also with management and their direct reports. Layoffs/eliminations continue, every year, even with receiving the PPP, and HR doesn’t question what these unqualified leaders do. Promote growth, and opportunities, we continue to lose great talent because of lack of opportunities, and layoffs/eliminations.
