Pros
There are some talented and interesting people working there that you can really learn from The company name does carry weight in the community and therefore opens doors.
Cons
The management or higher level leaders do not seem to be on the same page. There is a lack of organization that makes it hard for some departments to do their job. It's has a bit of a good old boys feel where if you don't agree with the high level execs you wont go far.
