      - Respectable pay - Competent, friendly coworkers - Good benefits - Effective structure in place to let you do your job

      Cons

      - Inconsistent leadership - Teams were often being overworked or "restructured" - Morale suffered across departments toward the end of my tenure - Employees at my office were required to work on-site but not compensated for parking/transportation costs

      Work life balance is okay, top notch journalists and editorial content.

      - There is no room for growth, promotions or any sort of pay raise - Dead end job - Toxic environment to work in - Very high turnover rate - Zero pay increases, not even to make up for inflation. - Very behind the times, digital portfolio is sad.
