A company that lives/thrives off who it USED to be, not who it CURRENTLY is.

Your coworkers will become life long friends.

Cons

The company is okay if you're just in between jobs trying to figure out what you actually want to do. However, this is not a company you can grow in. It's a company that has existed for over 100 years and while the brands may have been thought leaders in their respective industries 2-3 decades ago - that is no longer the case. Management embodies the "do more with less" attitude that you see across a lot of industries while shedding all accountability for the organizations shortcomings. October/November layoffs have been a pretty standard thing since 2015..
